Meet 6-year-old Hrachya. Until recently, he lived a normal, joyful childhood — playing sports, attending his favorite school, and overflowing with energy.

At the end of December 2025, Hrachya began complaining of knee pain. One day after a sports training session, he said he could no longer walk, and soon after developed a high fever.

His parents immediately sought medical help, and Hrachya was diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis — an inflammatory disease that can affect not only the joints but the entire body. Treatment was started, but unfortunately his condition worsened, and he developed macrophage activation syndrome, a severe and life-threatening complication.

As the current treatment is no longer effective, doctors have urgently prescribed Octagam. This medication is vital for preserving Hrachya’s life and health. The total cost of treatment is 1,512,000 AMD, an amount the family cannot afford on their own.
