About
War and the loss of a father are deeply traumatic experiences for a child. The children of fallen heroes often carry pain, fear, and unspoken emotions within them — feelings that can grow heavier over time. One of the most effective ways to help them overcome these challenges is through professional psychological support.
At the Hayordi Foundation, we are launching a new program aimed at providing emotional and psychotherapeutic support to the children of fallen heroes. This work will help children recognize their emotions, learn how to express them, and gradually release the burden they often carry inside.
From now on, children supported by Hayordi will have access to individual psychotherapy sessions. To ensure the highest professional standards, the therapist will also work with a supervisor, maintaining strict ethical principles and complete confidentiality.
The cost of one month of psychotherapy for all participating children is 160,000 AMD, which represents the minimum amount needed to provide psychological support to many children.
We are launching a fundraiser to run this program for three months, for which 320,000 AMD is required.
For these children, every single day matters. Sometimes even one session can help a child ease their pain and feel that they are not alone.
Join our initiative and support the children of fallen heroes by helping provide this essential care.
