About

Avet and his brother Artyom are among the most devoted children of the Hayordi summer camp.

Their father, Erik Aghajanyan, was killed on the last day of the 44-day war. At the time, their mother was pregnant and expecting the birth of Artyom and Avet’s baby sister.

The devastating news of their father’s death caused her condition to worsen, and that very day, she gave birth to their daughter, whom they named Erika in memory of her father.

Today, you can become a sponsor for Artyom and Avet to attend the Hayordi Summer Camp.

The Hayordi camp brings color back into the lives of children who have experienced loss. It’s not just about free programs and clubs — it’s a space where they make heartfelt friendships, laugh again, and support one another.

Donate today and help create joyful, carefree memories for these children.
