The boy in the photo is 9-year-old Grigor, who has already become very dear to all of us. Thanks to your invaluable care and support, we have already been able to help him several times by providing the life-saving medication he needs.

In 2023, Grigor was diagnosed with a severe form of juvenile dermatomyositis. Later, he also developed osteoporosis and spinal deformities, including compression fractures of varying severity.

Since the diagnosis, Grigor has gone through long and complex stages of treatment. He is still unable to walk, spends most of his time lying down, and his movements remain painful and limited.

After trying different medications that brought only temporary improvement, Grigor began receiving Xeljanz in 2025. Since starting this treatment, doctors have already seen positive changes — his overall condition has improved, and there has been some increase in his movement and activity.

For Grigor, his family, and his doctors, this progress means a great deal. That is why continuing the same treatment is considered absolutely necessary. To provide Grigor with another 7.5 months of medication, 480,000 AMD is needed.
