Kolya spent years battling symptomatic, drug-resistant epilepsy. His seizures were severe — involving loss of consciousness, full-body convulsions, and dangerous falls. These episodes stole away his carefree childhood, keeping him from school, play, and friends.

Despite years of treatment, the seizures wouldn’t stop.
But in 2024, after undergoing the right diagnostic tests, Kolya had life-changing surgery at Arabkir Medical Center, where doctors successfully removed the source of his epilepsy.

Today, Kolya is 18. He is healthy. He’s back in school, he laughs, he lives a full life.
