Sara is one of the 186 dogs living at Kofi’s Shelter.
She was only a few months old when the shelter staff found her after a car accident with a severe spinal injury. At that moment, the chances of her walking or running again were very low. Yet, thanks to the care and love she received at the shelter, Sara recovered.

Now 5 years old, she doesn’t just walk—she runs and plays joyfully. The shelter staff say that every single day Sara reminds them why their work matters.
