About
Children living in rural communities often have fewer opportunities to take part in non-formal education, develop independence, learn teamwork, and build leadership skills.
The Leaders’ School project was created to make these opportunities more accessible to them. Throughout the program, children combine theoretical learning with practical experience, learning to take responsibility, work with others, make decisions, and act with confidence in different situations.
One of the key stages of the project is a tent camp, where participants can apply what they have learned in an outdoor setting, face new challenges, and strengthen practical skills.
This summer, the program needs 8 tents to organize the camp. They will serve not only this year’s participants but will also be used in future stages of the project, allowing more children from rural communities to take part in similar experiences.
With your support, we can create an environment where children learn to lead, collaborate, and discover their abilities with greater confidence.
