Many of you already know Katrin. Thanks to your support, we were able to provide her and 12 other children with four months of therapy. To preserve the progress they have achieved, we are continuing this fundraiser.

Katrin is one of the children living with cerebral palsy. She dreams of becoming a psychologist one day so she can support children with disabilities, inspired by the specialists who once helped her. She uses a wheelchair, but she does not allow that to define who she is. Her mother is her strongest advocate, doing everything she can to keep Katrin socially active. Yet there are still many barriers that isolate her: the lack of ramps, sidewalks that are not designed for wheelchair users, and public transport that remains inaccessible for people with disabilities.

The therapy Katrin receives at Emily Aregak Center helps her grow stronger both physically and emotionally, and gives her the confidence to believe that her future can be just as bright and colorful as that of her peers.

Katrin and her friends are making remarkable progress through these therapies, but to preserve that progress, the support must continue.
