Maria is a student at the secondary school in the village of Araks. Thanks to the Teacher-Leader program of Teach For Armenia, physics is being taught at her school this year using modern and effective methods.

In just a few months, Roza Karapetyan has become one of the students’ favorite teachers. The children say that in the classroom she is their teacher, while outside of class she is a friend and someone they can trust.
