About

On September 25, Arevik was at home when she heard the powerful explosion from the fuel depot. Knowing that her husband had also been at the site, she rushed to the hospital alone. Being in the final stage of pregnancy, she was confronted there with the most heartbreaking scenes.

Arevik was left alone with her little daughter. In critical condition, the pregnant mother and her young child were airlifted to Armenia. Her last hope was to recognize her husband among the severely injured on board the helicopter. But in vain.

Weeks later, DNA analysis confirmed the tragic truth: Hrant had lost his life.

Little Hrant was born forty days after his father’s death. He was named Hrant in honor of his heroic father.

In place of fallen Armenian soldiers, you can become Santa Claus for their children.

One hundred sixty children of fallen heroes have already received New Year’s gifts. Through this fundraiser, you can help create a New Year’s miracle for 30 more children. Join us, donate, and fill the hearts of Hrant and his peers with warmth and joy.

After donating, you may also write to one of the children and receive a thank-you letter and a small handmade gift created with their own little hands.
