About
12-year-old Narek’s childhood has long been shaped by treatment and the daily effort of overcoming difficulties with movement.
He has been diagnosed with cerebral palsy, which affects all four limbs. Narek has undergone two surgeries in Tula and has since continued rehabilitation therapies to develop and preserve his motor abilities as much as possible.
Through state-funded care, Narek receives rehabilitation treatment twice a year at the Ararat Mother and Child Health Center in Jermuk. However, in his case, these courses alone are not enough. He also needs longer and more intensive rehabilitation.
Over the next five months, Narek needs to complete five rehabilitation courses, each costing 250,000 AMD. The total amount needed is 1,250,000 AMD.
Narek is still a child, but he has already been through surgeries and numerous treatments. For him, every continued therapy is another opportunity to work toward better mobility, greater independence, and an improved quality of daily life.
Let us help Narek complete the rehabilitation courses he needs and continue this difficult but important treatment journey.
