Meet 9-year-old Narek, who has been diagnosed with Wilson’s disease, which has led to acute liver failure. Due to the severity of his condition, Narek urgently needs a liver transplant, which at this stage can be performed at the Shumakov National Medical Research Center for Transplantology and Artificial Organs in Moscow.

Such surgeries are successfully performed in Armenia at Arabkir Medical Center, but given the urgency and seriousness of Narek’s case, it must now take place in Moscow.

The main fundraising for the treatment has already begun, but in addition to the basic costs, there will be extra medical and living expenses. We need to raise an additional 1,925,000 AMD to cover the full course of treatment.

Narek is a very active and joyful child. He loves playing with his friends and shows kindness and care to those around him. Together with his father, he lovingly waters and tends to the flowers and trees in their yard. Staying in the hospital, he deeply misses his beloved sister, Maria.
