Meet beautiful five-year-old Nare, a lively little girl who does not like to stay in bed even when she is sick. She loves playing with her dolls and soft toys.

Recently, however, Nare’s temperature rose sharply, and she became very weak. After several days of treatment at a regional hospital, she was transferred to Yerevan, where she was diagnosed with leishmaniasis.

This disease is extremely dangerous and, without proper medication, can lead to life-threatening consequences.

Nare urgently needs Ambisome, a medication that is difficult to obtain in Armenia and very expensive. The total cost of the required dosage is 400,000 AMD, an amount the family cannot afford on their own.

Nare does not attend kindergarten, as there is none in her village. She dreams of having a small television of her own.
