About

Susanna was diagnosed with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) in December 2025. In this condition, the immune system mistakenly begins to destroy the body’s own platelets. Without proper treatment and monitoring, it can lead to bleeding that may become life-threatening.

Susanna has already undergone hormonal treatment and, thanks to your support, also received therapy with the costly medication Octagam. Although this treatment helped raise her platelet count above the critical level, unfortunately it has not yet brought the hoped-for result — overcoming the disease.

She now needs to continue treatment with Revolade in order to prevent another dangerous drop in her platelet levels and help preserve her health.

Sadly, there are many children like Susanna whose health can only be maintained through long-term treatment with the costly medication Revolade. For the past three years, Children’s Health Foundation of Armenia has been supporting children with benign blood disorders by providing them with this essential medication.

But the number of sick children continues to grow, making it increasingly difficult to ensure regular access to treatment. One box of Revolade 25 mg costs 109,000 AMD. At this stage, 3,161,000 AMD is needed to provide five children with three months of life-sustaining treatment.

Without this medication, or if it is taken irregularly, the children’s lives and health can be placed at serious risk.

Donate now and help Susanna and her friends receive the treatment they urgently need.
