About
Meet lively and cheerful Levon. He is 10 years old and loves playing chess and drawing. Levon is also a big football fan — he attends a football club, supports Barcelona, and his favorite player is Eduard Spertsyan. Levon dreams of becoming a famous footballer one day. But on the way to that bright dream, he has had to face a serious health challenge.
In 2019, Levon was diagnosed with polycystic kidney disease and has since been under the care of a pediatric nephrology clinic. Over time, this condition can lead to worsening kidney function and, in some cases, may even result in the need for a kidney transplant. According to his doctors, Levon now needs a genetic test to clarify the hereditary causes of his kidney disease.
The cost of the genetic test is 198,000 AMD. This examination is important so that doctors can more accurately assess the possible risks, the prognosis of the disease, and the most appropriate approach to Levon’s future medical follow-up and treatment. In addition, if a transplant becomes necessary in the future, the results of this test may also play an important role in selecting a suitable donor and evaluating possible risks for family members.
Let us not allow this illness to stand in the way of a boy so full of life, goals, and dreams.
Your support can help Levon undergo the examination he needs and do everything possible to protect his health.
