Marina is 12 years old and lives with type 1 diabetes. Every single day she faces not only health challenges, but also social difficulties. Stereotypes often prevent her from fully socializing, enjoying her childhood, feeling accepted, and receiving the support she deserves.

To address these challenges, the Katil Charitable Foundation has launched a summer camp program. The camp is designed for 35 children like Marina from socially vulnerable families. It helps them learn how to live confidently with diabetes, manage their condition properly at home, become more independent, emotionally resilient, self-reliant, and fully integrated members of society.
