Davit Sargsyan is only 2 months old. His health problems began in the very first days of his life: he had difficulty feeding, had a weak suck, and was vomiting.

Davit was taken to Wigmore Children’s Hospital, where he was fed through a feeding tube for some time. Later, his condition improved to some extent, and he began feeding independently from a bottle. However, the cause of his feeding difficulties is still unknown.

Doctors have recommended whole genome sequencing, WGS, which may help identify a possible genetic cause of the problem and determine what treatment and further monitoring Davit may need.
