Stella is 8 years old and lives with health conditions that require ongoing monitoring and specialized orthopedic support.

Her diagnosis includes a developmental malformation of the central nervous system, Th12-L1 diastematomyelia, lower paraparesis and parahypesthesia, as well as kyphoscoliotic spinal deformity. For Stella, orthopedic devices are essential to help maintain proper body alignment and mobility and to prevent further complications.

At this stage, Stella needs a TLSO thoracic-lumbar-sacral orthosis (brace), which costs 190,000 AMD, as well as a DAFO dynamic ankle-foot orthosis, which costs 150,000 AMD.
