Vahram, a 44-year-old father of two wonderful children, is now facing the fight of his life. Just seven months ago, he was diagnosed with peripheral lung cancer—specifically, invasive adenocarcinoma of the right lung.

He is currently undergoing immunotherapy at the Fanarjyan Oncology Institute. While much of his treatment is covered by the state, as he is a registered third-degree disabled patient, the key to maintaining positive progress lies in a medication called Alecensa—an expensive drug not covered by public funding. One vial of Alecensa costs 220,000 AMD, and Vahram urgently needs four vials for a four-week course.
