Many of you may already recognize this beautiful little boy in the photo — 2-year-old Robert. Right now, the Health Fund for Children of Armenia (HFC Armenia) is raising funds to help cover the cost of his treatment in Saint Petersburg.

In 2024, Robert was diagnosed with intracranial Ewing’s sarcoma — a rare and aggressive tumor. Since then, he has undergone multiple surgeries, including a partial tumor resection. After that, Robert received 8 rounds of chemotherapy, which led to partial regression of the tumor.

Due to the complexity of his condition, international neuro-oncology specialists have recommended proton therapy — a highly specialized treatment not available in Armenia.

Robert is currently in Saint Petersburg, at the MIBS Medical Center, undergoing tests to prepare for the treatment. However, new expenses have emerged during this process, and an additional 2,860,800 AMD is urgently needed to begin the main phase of therapy.

Robert is a calm, smiley child and the second son in his family. He loves playing with toy cars alongside his older brother.
