About

Raisa and Grigor got married on August 30, during one of the most difficult periods of the blockade.

On September 18, they received the best news of their lives from the doctor: they were expecting their first child.

Grigor was a soldier. On September 19, he joined the military operations.

It was already clear that they would have to leave Artsakh. The newly formed family needed fuel, and Grigor rushed to the fuel depot.

Hours later, a powerful explosion shook all of Stepanakert. Raisa searched for him desperately, but there was no trace.

On September 30, she arrived in Armenia, where a DNA test helped identify Grigor’s remains, and he was laid to rest.

Months later, Raisa gave birth to their first child, Gohar.

The Hayordi Foundation, through the Mayrenik program, has been providing social assistance of 50,000 AMD per month to beneficiaries from the day of their birth.

By donating today, you will support this family for the next six months and help ensure the continuity of the program.
