The events that followed the war took Natali’s father’s life. Her sister, Emilia, was born after their father’s passing. Their mother, Narine, was forcibly displaced — holding one child in her arms and carrying the other under her heart — with no news about her husband or his brother.

In the end, the DNA results confirmed the unbearable truth: both brothers had died at the site of the explosion.
