About

Meet Natalie — one of the youngest and most spirited campers at Hayordi Summer Camp.
She’s the daughter of Lieutenant Colonel Ernest Vardanyan, a man whose bravery is remembered by many.

During the Second Artsakh War, Ernest fought on the front lines in Martuni, Hadrut, and Shushi.
On November 8, 2020, near the outskirts of Shushi, he gave his life defending his homeland.

His loss left a deep wound in the hearts of his wife Diana and their children.

Thanks to generous support, Natalie and her little brother will be joining Hayordi Camp for the third summer in a row.

By donating today, you can become their sponsor — giving them the chance to experience a summer filled with healing, joy, and connection.

Hayordi isn’t just a summer camp.
It’s a safe, nurturing space where children who have endured unimaginable loss come together, find understanding in each other, and begin to feel whole again.
Psychologists and trained professionals work with them daily, and every game, group activity, and shared moment is designed to help them heal.

This is more than just a summer getaway — it’s a place of restoration, belonging, and emotional renewal.

Donate today — and help Natalie and her brother rediscover the joy of childhood in a summer they’ll never forget.
