We create the Way of Life 

The Charitable Foundation “Way of Life” is the first and only fund in Armenia entirely dedicated to children with epilepsy and other severe neurological diseases.

The fund’s objectives are as follows:

• To provide sick children with the necessary medicines that are either unavailable in Armenia or have a high cost.
• To assist in organising diagnostic studies (MRI, EEG, PET-CT) and conduct a full range of genetic tests to confirm the clinical diagnosis and subsequent treatment.

Sadly, the number of children suffering from these conditions is alarmingly high.

At present, Armenia's Arabkir Medical Center alone has around 4,000 registered child patients, most of whom live in difficult social conditions, lacking both financial and emotional support. The cost of diagnostic tests and treatment is very high, making it an unattainable dream for many families. About 60-65% of these children live with their mothers, who care for them alone and are unable to work.

Our mission

The foundation's mission is to ensure that every child receives the necessary medical diagnostics and treatment, depending on their needs and the available resources.

The foundation’s beneficiaries are children living with epilepsy and other severe neurological disorders. These are children who want to live, fight, overcome their illness, and smile at the world. They deserve to live a full life, just like their peers.

Epilepsy is a treatable condition. In many cases, it can even be completely cured, and with modern medications, it can be kept under control.

The “Way to Life” Charitable Foundation was founded by Elena Baghdasaryan, whose son was diagnosed with epilepsy and successfully overcame it.
