We are the Frontline Therapists
Frontline Therapists was founded in 2021 in response to the 44-day war, with a mission to provide accessible, sustainable mental health care for those affected by the conflict. Recognizing the lack of services—especially outside Yerevan—our team has brought therapy to hospitals, military bases, shelters, and villages, reaching those most in need through both traditional and alternative approaches.
Our Mission
Our mission is to improve the emotional well-being of individuals affected by war—particularly soldiers and their families—by providing trauma-informed mental health care, supporting local professionals through education and training, and ensuring that no community in Armenia, no matter how remote, is left without access to psychological support.
Our Objectives
1. Mental Health Services
We offer individual and group therapy, psychological evaluations, and alternative therapies like art, mindfulness, and movement-based practices. Services focus on soldiers but extend to families, military staff, and others impacted by war. Psychiatric support is available through partner organizations.
2. Professional Training & Education
We empower local professionals through free trainings, expert-led seminars, supervised practicums, and case consultations—building capacity and sustainability in Armenia’s mental health field.
3. Community Awareness & Empowerment
We create and share educational content through social media to promote mental health awareness. Our free video guides help individuals build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthy coping skills.
