We are Aregak Caritas

In the early 2000s, a group of professionals in Gyumri recognized the challenges faced by children with developmental disabilities and their families. Isolated from society, many of these children were confined to their homes, without access to professional support or the care they needed.

This reality gave birth to the idea of Aregak—a center created with the mission to change this situation.

Today, our center is equipped with modern facilities and technologies, serving over 150 children (ages 0–18) and more than 50 young adults over 18 along with their families each year. We continue our mission of creating equal opportunities for all.

Our Mission

Our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities and developmental challenges by creating opportunities for growth, development, and full inclusion in society. Through inclusive programs, sustainable practices, and compassionate care, we work toward a future where everyone—regardless of ability—can realize their full potential and contribute to a better world.

Our Projects

Our impact goes far beyond the walls of our center. We actively collaborate with organizations and individuals to create inclusive environments where people with disabilities can thrive and fully express their potential.

We also respond quickly to community needs—for example, by offering rehabilitation services to war veterans and others in need of support.
